This page is designed to guide those who have a Donor Advised Fund through the process of submitting a grant request/recommendation.

We're pleased that you've decided to give structure and permanence to your charitable giving through a Donor Advised fund. Our staff is here to be of service to you, and we would be pleased to:

• Gather information on organizations and causes you care about
• Schedule a site visit to local nonprofit agencies, and accompany you on the visits
• Connect you with other Community Foundation donors through events and committees

If you are ready to submit a grant request, please do one of the following:

• Login to DonorCentral, our secure online donor portal. To request a DonorCentral username and initial password, please contact Chief Operating Officer Roxanne Fry at 488-1989.
• Email your request to Chief Operating Officer Roxanne Fry. In the body of your email, please include the name, address, and phone number of the agency; the grant amount and purpose; and any special instructions.
• Submit a Donor Advised Grant Form by mail or fax
